Regarding the Golden Triangle trip, I was extremely happy and satisfied with all of the arrangements that you and BIT made for us. The hotels were excellent (in particular the Jai Mashal Palace was just fantastic), the flight arrangements great, and the kamal Tours cars were all very good. In particular, Kamal Tours is a very good partner for you guys. They were so helpful to us when one member of my party lost his items as you may recall. They made sure that everything was returned to us and we had no issues. They took care of us and made sure that our comfort and safety were their full responsibilities at all time. They were quite knowledgeable about the sights we were visiting and made sure that we had guides at all of the major locations. I was simply very happy and delighted with everything. My guests (all of whom had never been to India before) were simply blown away by how wonderful trip was; they were thoroughly spoiled and have the most amazing memories of India as a result.

I have lived in the USA for more than 30 Years. My past experiences in India were not so pleasant.

This time (October 2009) I took a chance and came to BIT to have my ticket changed Mrs.Jayalakshmi was the person helping me. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. She is very courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and above all produced results in less than half an hour.

I would highly recommend BIT to my family and friends. Hope there will be more organizations following the footsteps of BIT Mysore in service. More importantly, India as a nation will prosper with more people like Jayalakshmi.
