After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a private half-day city tour of Cape Town. Ascend to the summit of the Table Mountain for unforgettable sweeping views (weather permitting).
After the visit, return to the city through the Cape Malay Quarter or Bo-Kaap which sprawls along the slopes of Signal Hill, pass by theCastle of Good Hope, which was built in 17th century, and then around the Table Bay to Milnerton lighthouse.

This includes the use of showers instead of baths (some hotels have removed the bathtub plugs in rooms to facilitate this) and not wasting water unnecessarily. The region has had good winter rainfall and there is sufficient water for everyday use.
